Some of our recent projects include a 6000 square-foot, landmark two family townhouse in Park slope, Brooklyn, a 3400 square-foot Passive certified net zero house in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn and an interior condominium project on the upper West side in NYC.

Staff members are Passive House Institute certified tradespersons.  We have made it our goal to build sustainable, energy efficient homes while maintaining a strong attention to detail and quality of construction.  We work with a multitude of talented individuals that are not only superb builders, but artisans in their own right.
